What you'll do
As a Female Operator Trainee, you'll receive comprehensive classroom and hands-on training designed to prepare you for a successful career as a Forklift Operator. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll support client operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an operator will include:
- Loading, transporting, and offloading materials safely and efficiently within the facility.
- Conducting pre-shift inspections to identify equipment or material defects.
- Operating forklifts in accordance with company policies and safety procedures following successful certification.
- Inspecting forklifts and identifying maintenance or repair requirements.
- Maintaining accurate shift records and operational observations.
- Adhering to production schedules and operational procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned forklifts and other material handling equipment (MHE).
- Supporting efficient material movement to ensure seamless operational performance.

- Comply with Bisedge's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System and all client site safety requirements.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain an accident- and incident-free work environment by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Participate actively in safety training, toolbox talks, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.

Successful candidates should:
- Be willing to commit to a comprehensive four weeks training programme.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Be eager to learn, develop new technical skills, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, discipline, and a willingness to follow established procedures.
- Be committed to building a long-term career in manufacturing, logistics, and intralogistics operations.
Programme Location and Sponsorship
Please note that the Female Operators Programme (FOP) is a self-sponsored programme. Candidates are responsible for all costs associated with their participation in the programme, irrespective of their location of residence. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation to and from the training location, accommodation, feeding, and other personal expenses.
Successful candidates who meet the required assessment and programme criteria may be considered for employment and deployed to any of the following locations based on business needs and available vacancies:
