The HR Business Partner will be the go‑to strategic HR partner for Bisedge’s fast‑growing electric‑logistics business. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all sites, handle client audits and visits, manage disciplinary issues, and keep the people engine humming. You’ll also design and run frequent town halls—both virtual and physical—to keep everyone aligned and engaged
Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Business Partnering – Design and embed people‑centric processes that drive ≥ 90 % audit scores and support Bisedge’s ambitious manning targets.
• Client‑Facing HR Support – Lead audits and site visits; serve as the primary HR liaison on client projects.
• Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management – Own complex grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Manage full‑cycle recruiting for head‑office and operational roles; ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manpower Management- Ensure complete manning compliance across operational sites in line with revenue‑generation goals. And lead HR Resourcing Projects.
• Performance Management- Track and execute all performance‑appraisal activities (confirmations, PIPs, role changes, etc.) and identify training needs to support staff development
• HR Metrics & Reporting – Track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and deliver data‑driven insights to the Head of HR.
• Policy Development & Compliance – Keep HR policies up‑to‑date with Nigerian labour laws and Bisedge’s standards.
• Frequent Town Halls – Organise and host regular virtual and physical town‑hall meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and foster a collaborative culture.
And any other tasks assigned by the Head of HR
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MBA or HR certification a plus).
• 5-7 years of strategic HRBP experience, preferably in logistics, outsourcing, manufacturing, or a fast‑scaled environment.
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner with exposure to employee relations and client‑facing projects.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with HRIS and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities; able to influence senior leadership and clients
• Excellent leadership qualities
• HR Certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SC, PHR, ACIPM) required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours when needed.
• Work from the office at a minimum of 3 x in a week.
