Are you a motivated and safety-conscious female professional looking to build a career in operations?
Our Female Operator Trainee Program is specifically designed to train and empower women who are interested in becoming certified Forklift Operators within a structured, safety-driven, and performance-focused environment.
Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and will be deployed to support operations through the safe loading, transportation, and offloading of materials within the facility. The role requires strict adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and production schedules, while maintaining accurate operational records.
This program provides a unique opportunity to develop technical skills, gain hands-on operational experience, and build a sustainable career in the manufacturing and logistics space.
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and offloading materials within the facility.
- Maintaining an accident/incident-free track record.
- Complying with company policies and guidelines, especially health and safety regulations.
- Identifying damage to the material and equipment as part of pre-shift controls.
- Inspecting Forklift and determining the need for repair.
- Keeping updated records of each shift and observations.
- Adhering to production schedules.
- Daily cleaning of the forklift/MHE.
Requirements
We are looking for motivated women eager to break into a traditionally male-dominated field. Bring your passion for learning and commitment to excellence. Participants in this program should be available for a 3-month training period.
