To ensure the financial reports are accurate, compliant and up to date in line with IFRS and local statutory regulations for Bisedge Limited.
Responsibilities
● Management of the company’s Fixed assets management, accounting, policies and processes
● Management of the company’s account payables and receivables
● Management of the company’s inventory and reporting procedures
● Review & monitor the company’s operational expenses
● Manage projects and company’s budget and ensure adequate financial control and internal control over all financial activities on projects.
● Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports
● Ensure compliance of the company’s financial reporting with IFRS and contribute to the ongoing development of financial reporting requirement.
● Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and reporting as may be required.
● Manage relationship with bankers and financial stakeholders of the business.
● Receivables monitoring and collection
● Contribute to the overall success of Bisedge and the Group
● Provide support on the year-end audit exercise, through the preparation of required documentations, and account analysis, as may be required by the audit.
● Perform special projects concerning reconciliation
● Any other assignments delegated by the Financial Manager/Controller/CFO
Requirements
· Relevant Bachelors’ degree.
· A Professional certification in accounting and finance from a recognised professional body (e.g. CFA, CGMA, ACCA, ICAN etc.)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Application (Dynamics, Excel, word, power point, etc.)
· Great interpersonal relationship skill
· Excellent stakeholder management skill
· Excellent report writing
· Warehousing and inventory management
· Adequate understanding and proficient on the use of the Personal Computers
